A. Conditions may be imposed on the permit as are reasonably necessary to protect the peace and tranquillity of any residential area, mitigate traffic impacts, protect other uses in the area, or protect the public health, welfare and safety.
B. Any person issued a permit pursuant to this title shall comply with all conditions that are imposed as part of the permit pursuant to subsection A of this section. (Ord. 90-O-2088, eff. 2-8-1990)
