3-3-402: DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY:
The City hereby adopts the procedures set forth in division 3, part 4, title VI, chapter 4 of the California Civil Code concerning disposition of lost and unclaimed property. (Ord. 06-O-2504, eff. 10-20-2006)
