3-2-102: FACSIMILE SIGNATURES:
The director of finance administration, and any other officer and employee of the city designated by resolution of the council, with the exception of the city treasurer and any deputy appointed by the treasurer, shall be authorized to use a facsimile signature in lieu of a personal signature on those checks, drafts, and warrants issued for and in behalf of the city; provided, however, such authorization shall be applicable only to those checks, drafts, and warrants as are specified by resolution of the council and in the amounts set forth in such resolution.
