At the time and place fixed for the hearing, the Design Review Commission shall hear such relevant evidence as may be presented, either for or against the application, in accordance with such rules of procedure as may be established by the Design Review Commission; provided, however, at the time and place fixed for the hearing or continued hearing, the hearing may be continued or further continued for a period of not to exceed fifteen (15) business days at any one time unless otherwise agreed to by the applicant, and no further notice of such continued hearing need be given.
