Unless otherwise provided in the resolution granting a variance, the exercise of rights granted in such variance shall be commenced within one hundred eighty (180) days after the adoption of such resolution, all conditions imposed shall be diligently complied with, and all construction authorized shall be diligently prosecuted until completion.
