Based upon the application, such investigations as may be made by appropriate departments of the City, and such relevant evidence as may be presented at the hearing, the Board of Zoning Adjustments shall issue a decision in writing, with reasonable promptness after the hearing is concluded, setting forth its findings and conclusions.
