10-3-3214: STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN HISTORIC DISTRICTS:
Whenever streetscape improvements are proposed by the city in historic districts, the city shall consider the use of materials, landscaping, light standards, and signage that are compatible with the area's historic and architectural character. (Ord. 15-O-2682, eff. 11-19-2015)
