10-3-3011: APPEALS:

The applicant or any aggrieved person may appeal any decision of the director of planning or the architectural commission to the council as provided in title 1, chapter 4, article 1 of this code. (Ord. 1223, eff. 3-1-1966; amd. Ord. 74-O-1511, eff. 4-11-1974; Ord. 84-O-1948, eff. 3-21-1985)
