Conditional use permits that may be granted pursuant to this article shall be valid for an initial term as specified in the conditional use permit, but in no event shall the initial term exceed five (5) years. Any renewal of the conditional use permit shall be at the discretion of the planning commission, and may be made subject to new or revised conditions of approval as may be deemed appropriate.
