10-3-2854: APPEALS FROM DECISIONS:

The applicant or any person aggrieved by any decision regarding an R-4 permit by a reviewing authority other than the city council may appeal the decision to the city council as provided in title 1, chapter 4, article 1 of this code. (Ord. 96-O-2266, eff. 10-18-1996)
