The following side setback requirements shall govern the R-3, R-4, R-4X1, and R-4X2 zones:
A. For those sites occupied by buildings of no more than three (3) stories, or by buildings of no more than thirty three feet (33') in height, the sum of the side setbacks from the two (2) longest side lot lines shall be at least seventeen feet (17'). In addition, each side setback shall be at least eight feet (8').
B. For those sites occupied by buildings of four (4) stories or by buildings of greater than thirty three feet (33') in height, but less than or equal to forty five feet (45') in height, the sum of the side setbacks from the two (2) longest side lot lines shall be at least nineteen feet (19'). In addition, each side setback shall be at least eight feet (8').
C. For those sites occupied by buildings of more than four (4) stories or by buildings of greater than forty five feet (45') in height, the sum of the side setbacks from the two (2) longest side lot lines shall be at least twenty three feet (23').
