10-3-2805: PROHIBITION AGAINST BASEMENT DWELLING UNITS:
No dwelling unit in a multiple-family residential zone shall have a finished floor level that is more than one foot (1') below the adjacent grade. (Ord. 95-O-2239, eff. 7-7-1995; amd. Ord. 96-O-2266, eff. 10-18-1996)
