The provisions of this chapter regulating adult entertainment businesses are not intended to be exclusive and compliance therewith shall not excuse noncompliance with any other applicable provisions of this code or other law. Notwithstanding the preceding, neither a conditional use permit for a nightclub use nor a permit for public dancing shall be required for an adult entertainment business.
