Security grilles in any commercial structure shall be prohibited on the exterior of such structure. Security grilles shall include, but not be limited to, any type of stationary, fold up, pivoting, rotating, or roll up metal lattice work or mesh or crossed bar grates used to prevent passage through a door or window opening.
