For any application that seeks approval to exceed the height limitations set forth in section 10-3-2605 of this article, the applicant shall first install story poles to demonstrate the height, bulk and location of the proposed project. The Director is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate rules and regulations, subject to approval by resolution of the Planning Commission, governing the installation of story poles. Any applicant subject to the requirements of this section shall install all story poles in full compliance with such rules and regulations. (Ord. 04-O-2454, eff. 10-22-2004)
