The City Council shall establish, by resolution, a fee for reviewing applications submitted pursuant to section 10-3-2524 of this article. This fee shall be in addition to all building permit and other required fees and shall include the amount necessary to reimburse the City for the cost of hiring a licensed landscape architect or other professional to review submitted plans.
