No construction related parking shall be permitted on a public street except as otherwise approved by the Director of Building and Safety and the City Engineer.
All hauling related to construction in the Hillside Area shall conform to a hauling plan approved by the City Engineer. Hauling within the Hillside Area shall be limited to the hours established by the City Engineer, but in no case shall hauling occur before the hour of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. or after the hour of four o'clock (4:00) P.M.
