If the vehicular entrance to a garage is greater than twenty four feet (24') in width, then the vehicular entrance to the garage shall be either: a) perpendicular to the street from which it has access, b) within the rear fifty feet (50') of the site, or c) at least one hundred feet (100') from the front lot line.
