The residential components of all adaptive reuse developments in the C-3 (AR) zone shall provide a minimum of two hundred (200) square feet of outdoor living space per dwelling unit. The outdoor living space requirement may be met through the provision of: a) private patio or balcony areas for each unit, b) a common open area or areas accessible to all residents, or c) a combination of private and common areas.
