10-3-1534: CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED:
Those residential uses conditionally permitted in the R-4 zone shall also be permitted in the R-4-P zone if authorized by a conditional use permit issued pursuant to the provisions of article 38 of this chapter. (Ord. 91-O-2127, eff. 11-8-1991)
