10-3-1272: DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS:
Except as otherwise stated in this chapter, development within the special needs housing overlay zone shall be subject to the development standards provided in article 12.8 of this chapter. (Ord. 12-O-2633, eff. 11-23-2012)
