10-3-1253: PERMITTED AREAS:
   A.   Multiple-family housing for the elderly or disabled shall be a permitted use in any zone permitting multiple-family residential uses.
   B.   A conditional use permit shall be required for any multiple- family housing for the elderly or disabled that will be built using the alternative development standards provided in this article. (Ord. 12-O-2633, eff. 11-23-2012)
