Convenience retail uses shall be permitted by conditional use permit only and shall be located only on the ground floor of a parking building or structure; provided, however, the floor area utilized of a parking building or structure shall not occupy more than twenty five percent (25%) of the total floor area of the parking building or structure. Convenience retail uses, exclusive of the parking required for such uses, shall not occupy more than fifty percent (50%) of the ground floor of any parking building or structure.
