10-3-505: EXCEPTIONS; RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS:
Lots 4, 5, and 6, block 1, tract 6217, and lots 1, 2, and 3, block 51, tract Beverly Hills, shall be used for private one-family residences only unless used for religious institution purposes.
