10-3-205: VIOLATIONS; ENFORCEMENT:
Any use, occupation, building, or structure maintained contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a public nuisance. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and may be prosecuted in a criminal misdemeanor action unless prosecuted in a civil administrative action pursuant to title 1, chapter 3, article 3 of this code.
