9-5-301: INJUNCTIVE RELIEF:
In addition to any other remedies provided by this chapter or other law, the city may seek injunctive relief or require a building to be vacated in order to prevent a continuing violation of any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 92-O-2153, eff. 10-23-1992)
