The 2022 edition of the California Fire Code as adopted by the California State Fire Marshal, including appendices B, BB, C, CC, D, F, and H, is hereby adopted by reference, subject to the amendments set forth in section 9-2-2, and the same shall be known and may be cited as the Fire Code of the City of Beverly Hills.
