9-1-1301: ADOPTION OF CALIFORNIA HISTORICAL BUILDING CODE:
The 2022 edition of the California Historical Building Code is hereby adopted by reference, and the same shall be known and may be cited as the Historical Building Code of the City of Beverly Hills. (Ord. 16-O-2719, eff. 1-20-2017; amd. Ord. 19-O-2793, 11-19-2019; Ord. 22-O-2868, eff. 1-1-2023)
