The uniform swimming pool, spa and hot tub code, 2012 edition, except for part 1 thereof, published by the International Association Of Plumbing And Mechanical Officials, is hereby adopted by reference, subject to the provisions of section 9-1-602 of this chapter, and the same may be cited as the swimming pool, spa and hot tub code of the city of Beverly Hills.
