9-1-2A01: ADOPTION OF CALIFORNIA RESIDENTIAL CODE:
The 2022 edition of the California Residential Code, excluding all appendices except Appendix AX, is hereby adopted by reference, subject to the provisions of section 9-1-2A02, and the same shall be known and may be cited as the Residential Code of the City of Beverly Hills.
