3-4-14: DOOR TO DOOR SOLICITORS:
   A.   License Not Required: Any person who goes door to door soliciting funds for a nonprofit corporation or religious, charitable, patriotic, social service, civil or political party shall not be licensed.
   B.   Registration Upon Request: Such person may request registration with the city to enable response to citizen inquiry, but this is not required. (2008 Code § 16-96)
