3-4-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of a transient merchant in the city without first obtaining a license as herein provided. Each employee, agent or subcontractor of a transient merchant shall be licensed. (2008 Code § 21-3)
