The fee for a license required by this chapter shall be as follows:
A. Rental of one to ten (10) rooms per facility: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.
B. Rental of eleven (11) to fifty (50) rooms per facility: One hundred dollars ($100.00) per year.
C. Rental of fifty one (51) to one hundred (100) rooms per facility: One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year.
D. Rental of more than one hundred (100) rooms per facility: Two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year. (2008 Code § 16-42)
