A. Carnivals: No person shall operate a carnival within the city without first obtaining a license therefor. The fee for such carnival shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year, valid from July 1 to June 30, or fifty dollars ($50.00) per calendar week, whichever the applicant chooses. B. Circuses: No person shall operate a circus within the city without first obtaining a license therefor.
