3-1-4: DISPLAY OF LICENSE:

A. Displayed Or Carried: Upon issuance, the city license shall be displayed at a conspicuous location within the business licensed. If the license is to an individual for regulated conduct, such license shall be carried with the person at all times when the regulated conduct is being performed.

B. Display To Police Or City Official Upon Request: The license shall be displayed to any police officer or code enforcement officer upon request. (2008 Code § 16-12)
