A. Clerk To Assign: The city clerk shall assign each building an appropriate number. (2008 Code § 27-141)
B. Use Of Odd And Even Numbers: Even numbers shall be assigned to the north and west sides of streets; odd numbers shall be assigned to the south and east side of streets. When a question arises as to the proper number to be assigned to any lot or building, the clerk shall designate the number on the lot or building. (2008 Code § 27-143)
