A. Permit Fees: The following fees are established for a building permit, based on the estimated cost of the work. The building inspector shall have the right to verify or correct the estimated cost of any building, structure, alteration, or addition.

Notes:
1. If an applicant proposes to excavate several locations under the same permit, the street opening fee shall be charged for each location.
2. Failure to obtain a permit prior to the commencement of work will result in a double fee and/or the issuance of a Municipal infraction citation unless the work is an emergency as determined by the chief building official.
3. Revenues for right-of-way permits will be deposited in a Community Improvement Program Fund used for right-of-way repair and restoration.
