9-3-4: PERMIT TERM:
   A.   A COSESCO permit shall be valid for three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days from its date of issuance and must be renewed annually.
   B.   A COSESCO permit shall be considered expired one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the date of issuance if permitted work has not commenced. (Ord. 17-16, 7-19-2016)
