8-4-7: BUDGET:
The Downtown Bettendorf Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District, as a condition to the disbursement of funds from the Operation Fund, to submit to the Bettendorf City Council, no later than December 1 of each year, a budget showing, in general terms, the proposed expenditures of such funds for the fiscal year beginning on the next July 1. (Ord. 15-19, 7-16-2019)
