A. Officers:
1. The commission shall elect from its membership at its regular January meeting, its chair and vice chair, each to serve for a term of one year. It may elect such other officers as it deems necessary or appropriate.
2. Immediately upon its creation, the commission shall meet and elect its officers to serve until the following January meeting.
B. Vacancies: The commission shall fill vacancies among its officers for the remainder of the unexpired term. (2008 Code § 8-14)
