A. Compensation; Expenses: The members of the commission shall serve without compensation; provided, that they may receive actual and necessary expenses incurred, within the limits established in the city budget.
B. Expenditures; Limitations: The council shall provide the commission with funds to enforce this chapter and title 5, chapter 3 of this code. The commission is not authorized to spend any funds in excess of the funds provided by the council. (2008 Code § 8-13)
