2-4C-2: COMPOSITION; QUALIFICATIONS:
The board shall be constituted as follows:
   A.   Two (2) members shall be heating, ventilating and air conditioning contractors, who shall have been engaged in the contracting business within the city prior to their appointment on the board. Preference in appointment shall be given when possible to Bettendorf residents.
   B.   One member shall be a heating engineer in the employment of MidAmerican Energy Company.
   C.   Two (2) members shall be either in the heating trade or a closely allied field. (2008 Code § 16.5-11)
