7-8-6: WATCHMAN USED WHEN CARS MOVED AHEAD OF LOCOMOTIVE:
It shall be unlawful for any conductor, engineer or other person to move any car or cars over any street when the car or cars are moving ahead of the engine, unless some employee of the railroad company is stationed at such crossing to give warning of the approach of the car or cars. (2008 Code § 26-7)
