7-8-2: CLIMBING ON CARS, LOCOMOTIVES:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to get on or off the cars of any railway with the intent to annoy or interfere with the persons in charge of said cars.
   B.   It shall be unlawful to get upon or off a locomotive, engine or car of any railroad company while the same is in motion, unless employed thereon or an officer of the law in the discharge of his duty. (2008 Code § 26-2)
