A. A majority of the commission shall constitute a quorum to transmit business.
B. The commission may establish procedures, including manner of electing a Chairperson, as are necessary to allow for orderly conduct of its meeting.
C. Meetings shall be called by the Chair or by any two (2) members of the commission, in compliance with the Open Meetings Law, chapter 21 of the State Code. (Ord. 27-17, 8-1-2017)
