A. Composition And Qualifications: The commission shall be constituted as follows:
1. Two (2) members shall be licensed electrical contractors, residents of the City and shall have been engaged in the business of electrical contracting in the City prior to their appointment on the commission.
2. One member shall be a journeyman electrician who has worked as a journeyman electrician in the City for at least two (2) years prior to his appointment to the commission.
3. One member shall be an electrical engineer in the employment of the electric utility company serving the City.
4. One member shall be a layman.
B. Appointment: The members of the commission shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to the majority consent of the Council. (Ord. 27-17, 8-1-2017)
