2-4B-1: BOARD CREATED; FUNCTION:

There is hereby created a board known as the Electrical Commission, which shall consist of five (5) members which shall exist for the purpose of determining the proper installation of electrical facilities, suitability of alternate materials, and the reasonable interpretation of the "National Electrical Code".
