7-4-9: COSTS BORNE BY OWNER:
The cost of the removal of any utility lines, wires, pipes, fixtures or appurtenances which have been removed pursuant to any of the provisions of this chapter shall be borne by the owner of such facilities. (2008 Code § 27-117)
