A. Restoration: The excavation construction and restoration of any street, alley, sidewalk or other public property shall be made so as to restore the property to as good a condition as existed prior to the excavation, but shall not be less than the standard specifications and requirements of the public works department adopted pursuant to chapter 2 of this title.
B. Maintenance: All excavations shall be maintained in good and suitable repair to the satisfaction of the public works department for three (3) years after completion of the excavation work. (2008 Code § 27-101)
