7-2-5: SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS:
   A.   City Contract: All sidewalk improvements made by the city shall be done under written contract. (2008 Code § 27-58)
   B.   Costs Assessed By Resolution: Whenever any sidewalk improvement is constructed or reconstructed by the council as provided in this chapter, the cost and expense of the construction or reconstruction shall be assessed by resolution against the lot or parcel of ground adjoining. (2008 Code § 27-59)
